Decent, but you get what you pay for
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I picked up a pair of these in hopes that I could start buying these instead of Pranas, which I think this is meant to be an answer to. It is definitely cheaper, but it feels cheaper, and the design isn't as good. I like the color, and I like that it has an integrated belt like the Prana Zion, but the belt has a clip fastener and is not as easy to adjust as that one. Fit is true to size. The pockets are serviceable but don't have the Zion's cover over the back right pocket. (They aren't an exact match for the Zion, or the Brion, so they are kind of doing their own thing.) It's less money, but is it *enough* less money to buy it over the competition? Boy, I don't know about that.
