Amazing pullover. Fourth color buy
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
- Size Bought:
- Medium
I absolutely love this pullover. It's soft, durable, light and looks great. I bought my fourth pair, this time in a green color. It's just as good as the previous ones. In the cold months, these are my everyday tops. Can't recommend them enough.

This is light enough to wear with a collared shirt to the office but warm enough to layer with Patagonia micro puff jacket on 20+ degree days. I'll wear this without a coat on 40+ degree days if I'm doing more strenuous activities. It's also nice to wear indoors when it's chilly in the house because it's very soft and fits comfortably without constraining movement. It's very light especially for how warm it is. I know a guy who was unhappy with the hardier and more technical "Better Sweater quarter zip" because it's too warm to wear indoors. He was much happier with this unfortunately named Micro D quarter zip. I'm 6' 2" 185 lbs and have a longer torso. The large fits great, especially the torso length.

Comfortable, but I didn’t like the fit
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- Medium
I bought this a month ago and after trying it on, I realized I just didn’t like the fit. It fit well around the chest and shoulders, but was just really loose around my midsection. I ended up returning it. It probably would be better for a person who had a larger waist

I ordered a fleece for my son in law but chose the wrong size. Customer service was very helpful and he was able to exchange and now has the correct size. Thank you.

This is a great layer to piece on top of other things. I was kind of between sizes, but I settled on the Large after trying on both L and M. The large fits a bit bulky by itself, but it is great as a layer on top of other things. It's comfortable and warm, and seems to be wearing very well after multiple uses, washes, hikes, and being stuffed into a backpack.

I generally prefer Patagonia for its product quality, durability, warranty, ethical supply chain, and recycling program. So I?m willing to pay more as compared to other options to reward Patagonia?s great corporate citizenship. I purchased a large which fits me perfectly - not too snug, not too tight with great sleeve length (6? 2? tall, 46? chest, 35? sleeve, 17? neck, 35? waist, 210 lbs). High quality fleece with minimal pilling. The fabric is aging nicely. Just the right thickness to take the edge off chilly evenings at the boat (55 degrees). Perfect for layering without unnecessary bulk. Makes a great top to sleep in during chilly nights - the fabric is very soft, not constrictive. Bought a navy color - liked it so much that I bought a grey one. Handles machine washing with no issues (no fraying, no warping) - dries quick. Great sweater, no regrets.

I love this fleece - I have it in 3 colors. Sizing can be slightly variable. Navy and black fit great while grey is a touch snug. Great mid layer with a Synchilla jacket over it.

Very soft & comfortable. Nice fit. Bought the barn red color but returned it and got the navy blue because the "barn red" is really a brown rust color, not even close to what we expected.

NOT REALLY THAT GREAT
- Size Bought:
- XL
- Height:
- 6' 1"
- Weight:

The neck is really floppy, big and loose fitting. It looks ok as long as you have it zipped all the way up, but if you unzip it at all it looks pretty goofy - this is why they don't show the models wearing it unzipped much - so they can dupe people into buying crap. BTW I love fleeces and own quite a few, but will avoid this one and would not recommend it either. Save your money for something better like the mountain hardware microchill. The fleece material is pretty nice, but the fit is just a little odd.
