Warm and light
I wore this on the AT in the evenings. Lightweight synthetic filling that will keep you warm and comfortable. Large inside pockets and and very flexible.

Decent coat
This coat is definitely high quality, but the fit is odd on my body. I know that isn't ubiquitous, but it is certainly something to state. OR is generally quite high quality, so I am, as usually, happy.

Exactly what I wanted this jacket to be
This is now my go-to mid-layer for snowboarding, workhorse layer for high exertion mountain hikes and around town choice when it's not cold enough to warrant the big puffy.

DEF Recommended!
Got this as a warranty replacement for the Ascendant jacket. A long time favorite so I was bummed to learn they don't make it any longer. This is better than the Ascendant. Surprisingly warm in windy conditions, light, stretches and is breathable. DEF recommended!

Lightweight warmth for the edges of winter.
The jacket is stylish and minimalistic. There are sizable and functional zippered handwarmer pockets. There are stow pockets inside, that I doubt I will use. No lapel pocket for cell phone. This will be an around town and to work jacket, not for adventure activity. I have an XL and I'm 5'10", 210 lbs. It may be a little big, but fits me well now until I lose 20 lbs. Great warmth and comfort for temps in 20-40 F range.

Awesome Jacket
I thought my original Shadow Insulated jacker was good, then a got the Hoodie. The thumb loops are a great add, light, warm, jacket!

Such a Great Jacket!
I did not think that this light jacket was going to keep me warm walking my dogs in March on PNW beaches, but boy was I wrong. For hours this jacket was so nice to have on. It fits true, and stays lofty even when it's been compressed for a while. I honestly have been thinking about buying another one I love it so much. I'm also super happy about the larger sizes as it's a tough thing to find plus size outdoor gear.

Loved it till it shredded
If you aren't adventuring off trail. This is a wonderful jacket for cold and dry days. Breathes well, light, but I do a lot of off trail hiking and this coat has been shredded by branches. The material doesn't feel as weak as it is. Bummed. It's time to make an insulated ferrosi OR.

Amazing jacket/hoodie
It's great. The fit is perfect. The thumb holes are great. It's warm enough for the layer but breathes well
