Everyday Use and Travel bag

Don’t need another bag this is it

Replaced Under Warranty after 4 years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 4 years of intense use, the zipper of the laptop department finally gave up. But no Problem! Due to lifetime warranty it got replaced without any discussion!

Warranty Replacement Success!

I leveraged the lifetime warranty and they replaced the backpack with a new one! So happy with the service and warranty replacement. Will continue to recommend this brand/backpack!
