Very Nice! But….

Haven’t used yet. Seems to be of very good quality. The one detail I did notice is that the bottom of the shoulder straps where it passes through the clip adjustment is sewn together at the end so it can’t be pulled completely out from clip. Sliding water bottle pouches up the straps can’t happen unless straps or bottle pouch straps are cut. Small oversight by me but can be remedied.

Perfect day pack

I like bags. I own many bags for different uses. I recently picked up a daypack from a very over priced and over hyped ultralight brand, and on the first hike found it was not comfy and while very light, proved to have difficult access. Returned and picked up the Pursuit 15 (like I should have in the first place). This pack is only ounces heavier than my previous ‘ultralight’ pack, and is crammed with features I was previously missing, and honestly would expect from any hiking pack. Comfort of the running vest style straps is unmatched, and it hugs your body to provide great support. Obviously isn’t for carrying too much weight, but absolutely holds it own for a multi use day pack. Will continue to stand by the Black Diamond products I own.

Perfect trail running, mtb, and skiing pack

I had a long list of must-haves and this pack was the only one that met all of them! It hugs the body, great air flow, nice hydration pocket, room for gear and layers, not too big, well constructed, and good materials. I'm so glad this is on my gear wall. Training for the Moab trail marathon!

Men and women per suit backpack

We have used these for 2 hikes so far, fit and quality is top notch, and its the perfect day packs, if there is any thing that could be improved upon there’s the loops on the side could be a tad longer and trekking pole holders are not having enough support high enough to hold them securely to the side with out flapping, strap pockets are not big enough for phones, and the women version pockets are smaller (car keys is a better fit) I read all the reviews and I was aware of the shortcomings prior to ordering, how often don’t you have to modify gear to suit your needs anyway therefore 4 stars. I would highly recommend

I recently purchased this pack for day hikes where I am chasing peaks. Needed something light but that would hold all layers for weather changes and that did not move around. This pack fits the bill. The bonus is all the extra room where I am fitting the same stuff I carried in my former 26L bag. I enjoy the front strap storage options and use for a soft water bottle, sun glass, and chapstick. The side stash pockets are great for an extra water bottle, garmin and collapsible sticks. The rear stretchy pocket is so great for quick access items like rain jacket. The waist belt keeps it all in place. I had to add a dyneema zip pocket on my waist belt to hold my phone. I thought the side stretchy pockets would be a good spot but my phone case gets caught on the material and its a pain with the pack on. The pocket I added on the waist belt works great and I prefer it. The cinch down function seems great also and see that being used more in the summer. I haven’t tested the water bladder function yet but like how it has its own compartment. Overall pleased with choice after all the research.

Ideal Pack for Fastpacking and Multi-day Ultras

1. easy access to bottles, food, small gear without taking the pack off, 2. water bottle and hydration pack flexibility and convenience, 3. exceptional stuff capacity inside and on outside stretch pockets and 4. most important, waist belt to distribute load across shoulders, back and hips. I've been fast packing, doing expeditions and multi-day ultra-distance races for many years and have tried all the traditional brands of packs (UD, Nathan, Salomon, UltraSpire, Orange Mud, etc...) but THIS is the one - the keeper.

A Top New Backpack

This new 15L backpack has it all for fast moving outdoor people or just the day hiker. A small bag with a lower hip belt is a plus. The first thing that hits you is how comfortable it is. This backpack is a winner.

This pack fits well to my boddy and stays fairly snug when I'm moving quick. I'm not a hiker or trail runner but a mix of both and this pack works verywell no matter what im doing. It holds a ton and the bag cinch system keeps your contents from bobbling around inside the bag. Has a dedicated bladder sleeve that fits up to a 3.5 L bladder. I do wish the back was a bit more breathable but its still a 5 out of 5.

Exceptional Day Pack

I purchased this pack because I have a bulging disc in my neck that other backpacks tend to irritate. I tested it on a bigger hike over the last weekend and this is the first pack I've used that I can call comfortable while still fitting everything I needed for the trek.

Great bag!!

This bag is extremely lightweight and very comfortable. It’s only a 15L but it fit A LOT of stuff if pack right. I highly recommend this bag for anyone who likes to pack light and looking for comfort.
